Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data summanitism.org collects, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated: 5 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The controller is Humanity Solutions · KvK 71110178 · Hamerstraat 67D, 2512 CX The Hague. For any privacy question or request, email connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net.

What we collect through the forms

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • For the Foundations download unlock: that you asked to unlock the Essential Foundations PDFs
  • For Stay in the conversation: how you want in (read the texts, Sum Salon, organisation, or partner) and any optional notes you write

We identify this site through fixed form fields only (face and form name). We do not collect your page URL. If you email us directly, or if a form opens your email app, we receive what you write and your email address.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use your details to unlock Foundations downloads when you ask, reply about salons, texts, organisation use, or partnership, and follow up when it fits what you chose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your note leads to an assignment, we also rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, or performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell your details or run a separate newsletter signup.

Who processes it for us

  • Google (Apps Script and Google Workspace): the form is delivered through a Google Apps Script that runs under Humanity Solutions' own Google account, and submissions and emails arrive in that account at connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net.
  • Hostinger: hosts this website. Like most web servers, it keeps technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, time and page requested) to run and secure the site.

Transfers outside the EU

Google is a US company, so form data may be processed in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in Google's data processing terms.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are deleted 12 months after our last contact unless they lead to an assignment. In that case we keep what tax and bookkeeping law requires (7 years) and delete the rest 2 years after the assignment ends. Hosting logs are kept by Hostinger for a limited period to run and secure the site.

Cookies, analytics and PDF downloads

This site uses no cookies and no analytics. After you unlock Foundations downloads, your browser may keep a short session flag (sessionStorage) so you stay unlocked on this device for the visit. That flag never leaves your browser. Downloading a PDF collects nothing from you beyond ordinary web-server logs held by Hostinger.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net. We reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
